When you complete a purchase on HannaHvam.com , you also accept the following terms and conditions, it is therefore important that you have read them before purchase.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the shopping cart. When you are ready to order, click on the basket in the upper right corner. Here you will be asked to fill in your personal information, credit card information and delivery method. Once you have completed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
You can correct the contents of the shopping basket right up to the time of ordering, and you can regularly check the contents and the price of the goods.
We take reservations for misprints and sold out items.
Payment
HannaHvam.com receives payment with Dankort, VISA / Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.
HannaHvam.com encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
An amount greater than the approved amount can never be deducted. There is no charge for payment by debit card.
Delivery
HannaHvam.com strives to ensure that all orders placed before 13.00 is sent the same day . Orders placed after kl. 13:00 will be sent the following day. We also shop / sell as: Pre-order / Please allow 4 weeks for shipping – the sweater is knitted by me and it takes some time to make one.
At HannaHvam.com we offer delivery with GLS, which is one of the leading package distributors in Denmark. Timely delivery presupposes that GLS complies with day-to-day delivery. If delays occur at GLS, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the promised delivery date. HannaHvam.com cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS.
GLS delivers your package to a GLS PakkeShop near you. You will be notified by mail / sms when you can pick up your package. You can pick up the package the same day.
Once GLS has delivered your package in PakkeShop, you have ten working days to pick up the package. You can pick up the package on a day that suits you, during opening hours.
When you pick up the package, you must bring the package number and identification .
You can also choose to have your package delivered to your workplace.
You can follow your package online using Track & Trace on GLS’s website.
Delivery elsewhere
Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by GLS’s goal of day-to-day delivery, as shipments to these areas can in some cases last 2 days.
Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and some countries in Europe takes place with Post Nord.
Delivery in Denmark: 1-2 working days
Delivery in Europe: 2-6 business days
Delivery outside Europe: 3-6 working days
Freight
At HannaHvam.com, a shipping charge of DKK 40 is imposed
Delivery to the Faroe Islands is subject to shipping from 200 DKK.
Delivery to Greenland is subject to a freight from 300 DKK.
Delivery to Norway is subject to a shipping from 149 DKK.
Delivery to Switzerland is subject to shipping from 149 DKK.
Delivery to Sweden is subject to shipping from 49 DKK.
Delivery to Germany is subject to shipping from 79 DKK.
Delivery in Europe (Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria) shipping from 99 DKK.
Delivery to other countries in Europe is subject to shipping from 149 DKK.
Delivery to countries outside Europe is subject to shipping from 250 DKK.
Right of withdrawal
If you wish to return one or more of the items you have received, we offer you a 14-day full return policy. The 14-day full return policy is valid from the day you receive your package. If your package is sent to a parcel box or parcel shop, it is delivered from the day the parcel is ready for collection.
You are responsible for all expenses associated with the return. If you use the enclosed GLS return label, DKK 40 will be deducted from your total return amount.
Procedure for return via GLS
1. Pack the item securely in original bags / packaging together with the completed return form. You will find the return form together with the invoice in the package you received from us. As on receipt, the item must appear in new and unused condition as well as all marks must be intact if the full amount is to be refunded.
2. The enclosed return label is placed on the outside of the package (preferably so that it covers the shipping label)
3. Deliver the package at your nearest GLS parcel shop. Always remember to get a receipt that you have delivered your package, in case there should be problems during shipping.

You are responsible for the item until it is received at HannaHVam. Remember that only registered mail and parcel mail are insured.
We do not accept return mail sent to the post office or parcel box. In such cases, the package must be expected to be returned to the sender, after which it must be resent. All outlays in such situations are imposed on the sender.
It is also possible to buy a GLS return label for DKK 40 via our website. It will be sent to you by email.
Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within 5 working days, unless you simply want an item exchanged. The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase. If, for example, you have paid with MobilePay, the purchase amount will be returned to the payment card associated with your Mobilepay.
Return costs in relation to customs are borne by the buyer.
Right of complaint
HannaHvam.com provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.
Complaints about defects and deficiencies, which should be discovered by usual inspection of the item, must be notified to us within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by agreement if necessary. credit.
In connection with complaint cases, HannaHvam.com pays return costs.
Product reproduction
HannaHvam.com does a lot to reproduce all the items online, in the form of image and text.
As the colors of a computer screen may vary, small nuances may occur. We reserve the right to make typing errors.
